The Whole Nine Yards is a fun comedy about mob hit men, but it doesn't quite live up to Steve Martin's forgotten gem My Blue Heaven. However, this fast-paced comedy still has some very funny moments, and it checks in on politics and morality as it rolls along. Although Perry spends most of the film falling down, Amanda Peet is wonderful as a sympathetic receptionist for a mob boss. This is a fun and entertaining movie, and there's a satisfying ending.
