He has been labeled the prime suspect in the Reverend's murder by the townspeople, and he intended to kill him to get revenge on Ruth for having an affair with Alan. Ann Cusack and Chris Coy play the townspeople Boyd and Theresa Porter, who cover up the crime and get run over by former Shawshank prisoners.

The series is based on Stephen King's stories, and has a great deal of fan interaction. As a result, the show has high viewer satisfaction ratings. The first season has an 87% Rotten Tomatoes rating. It has a stellar cast and inspired direction, and it teeters between being a heartbreaking reflection of mourning and a self-parody, especially in its repeated use of King's name. It's also the first adaptation to avoid navel-gazing and rehashing the book's plotlines.

Stephen King's short story 'The Revelations of Becka Paulson' is getting the television treatment. The CW has started development on a one-hour drama series based on the short story. The new series is tentatively titled Revelations and will follow a woman who accidentally shoots herself in the head with a nail gun. Becka Paulson experiences weird visions while her life spirals out of control.

Originally published in Rolling Stone, The Revelations of Becka Paulson was also adapted into a subplot in King's 1993 novel The Tommyknockers. The short story was also made into an episode of the 1990s revival of The Outer Limits, starring Catherine O'Hara as Becka. It's not one of the more famous King stories, but a lot of people have enjoyed the show's version of the story.

The Revelations of Becka Paulson is based on a short story that first appeared in Rolling Stone and was later republished in the 1991 collection I Shudder at Your Touch. Children of the Corn

Streaming on Hulu, "Children Of The Corn" has a cult following, but is it offensive? It's certainly not as bad as the books, and the actors are well cast. In the prologue, all adults are killed, but it doesn't have a cringe-worthy voice-over narration. But the story is otherwise dull and cringe-worthy, and there's no redeeming factor in the story's ending.
